The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, managing supplier and dealer relations, and ensuring timely execution of marketing logistics. This role focuses on documentation, coordination and physical material management to ensure seamless internal and external collaboration. The position supports marketing initiatives across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and may require occasional travel and/or field work.

  • Manage and track PR/PO filing, including documentation and compilation.
  • Conduct supplier research and assist in organizing marketing- related events: Engage and coordinate with suppliers regarding canvassing and costing, Monitor and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of materials.
  • Handle dealer support requests: Coordinate solicitation for advertising opportunities, Manage tarpaulin distribution and other print collaterals.
  • Maintain inventory of physical marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners as needed.
  • Provide marketing support for operations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • Participate in field work or travel as necessary to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
