About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team. This role requires hands-on execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make a tangible impact across marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinate with content creators internally and externally to produce high-quality content
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver assets
  • Regularly update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely comfortable with advanced software tools including various AI-enabled automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
