Marketing & Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the brand's visibility, voice, and engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and lead generation.
  • Deploy content across email and social platforms, including newsletters, social posts, and campaigns.
  • Repurpose existing content into social and email assets, maintaining brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Support and execute marketing efforts tied to the membership experience, including the Founders List.
  • Coordinate content scheduling and deployment across channels, including social media and email.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, sharing insights to guide content strategy.

Partnership and Community Engagement:

  • Support partnership marketing efforts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging and support internal campaign needs.
  • Engage with community across comments and direct messages, reflecting the brand's tone and values.
  • Use community feedback and engagement insights to shape future storytelling and campaign ideas.

Operations Support:

  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and community experiences.
  • Support partner communication and follow-ups, ensuring a thoughtful and tactful tone.
  • Track and follow up on priorities and timelines using project management tools.
  • Maintain shared files and documentation, and support campaign organization for internal projects.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline marketing execution and team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or similar roles.
  • Experience deploying content across email and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and analytics software.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to maintain tone, quality, and consistency.
  • Comfort working with content calendars, scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights.
