Job Overview:

This Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in finding and engaging top talent to support our aggressive growth plans. You'll be part of building a team that's committed to educational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective hiring strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for teaching and administrative roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Leverage various channels to build a robust candidate pipeline, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Genie Academy as an attractive employer.
  • Apply Topgrading methodology to pre-screen and hire candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Topgrading is a plus.
  • Able to work during business hours EST Timezone.
