Description
Homemaker Furniture Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in building our team and supporting our growing organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management (BS HRDM) or Psychology (BS Psych).Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing and able to work full-time in Mandaue City, Cebu.
