We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, setting competitive salary benchmarks, and engaging top candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage independent recruitment processes with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate job market expertise and determine local salary ranges
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels
  • Perform initial screening interviews and assess candidates' fit for roles
  • Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future positions
  • Report on recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of local job market trends and conditions
  • Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Higher education
  • Agility, proactivity, and creativity
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Great time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task
