Job Title: Field Recruitment OfficerLocation: Anywhere NationwideEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The Field Recruitment Officer is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities in the field. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions, often at remote or field-based locations. The officer will build relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and relevant partners to develop talent pipelines and support workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct field-based recruitment campaigns including job fairs, walk-ins, and on-site interviews. Source candidates using various methods, including social media, community outreach, job boards, and local networking.Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles. Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates in accordance with organizational policies. Maintain a database of potential candidates and create talent pools for recurring roles. Collaborate with local educational institutions, training centers, and NGOs for talent sourcing.

Prepare and submit recruitment status reports, metrics, and feedback to HR leadership. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, organizational policies, and ethical standards. Provide orientation and initial support to newly recruited field staff as needed.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Wit at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in field-based or high-volume hiring. Familiarity with recruitment software.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. Ability to travel extensively and work in diverse environments. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices is an advantage.
