The Recruitment Associate shall be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs and performing all recruitment-related functions and activities in the Company. He/she shall be the main point person for all recruitment-related concerns and will help strategize with the rest of the Recruitment team to meet department expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Discover new avenues to advertise and source candidates.
  2. Coordinate with external recruitment partners and follow up on endorsements to ensure requirements are met.
  3. Produce EOD reports on recruitment metrics, needs, and recommendations.
  4. Pre-screen and pre-qualify applications against job requirements.
  5. Record, update, and manage applicant information in the applicant tracking system. Make contact attempts to ensure candidate data is complete and accurate.
  6. Provide excellent applicant experience by updating candidates on their application status from receipt to final communication.
  7. Conduct thorough interviews to assess culture fit, experience, and behavioral tendencies.
  8. Organize final interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  9. Administer technical tests, record results, follow up on scores, and consolidate results for final hiring decisions.
  10. Prepare and discuss job offer documents with candidates.
  11. Conduct background checks and monitor pre-employment medical checks.
  12. Follow up on submission of pre-employment requirements to ensure completeness upon onboarding.
  13. Collaborate with external partners such as universities, training institutions, organizations, and government agencies to expand sourcing efforts.
  14. Attend or organize job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  15. Initiate onboarding by uploading employee information and documents, ensuring completion of pre-employment procedures.
  16. Conduct New Employee Orientation when required.
  17. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in mass/volume hiring within a BPO setting.
