Appointment Setter Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to make timely submissions of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of a dedicated client in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists, with a focus on qualifying leads and effectively communicating business offerings.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets, providing valuable insights for refinement.
  • Develop and refine call scripts, sharing feedback with the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in handling rejection, while consistently following up on leads.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum one to three years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B calling and appointment setting, with excellent communication skills and ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
