Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Northeast territory.

As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our sales management team to develop and execute territory sales plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Represent our company's products and services knowledgeably and effectively to advisors and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a field-based sales position selling financial services offerings to Registered Investment Advisors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with advanced knowledge of financial services offerings and company policies and procedures.
