Job Overview">

Our company seeks an accomplished sales professional to spearhead strategic initiatives in the South Luzon market, aiming to surpass sales targets, amplify revenue growth, and strengthen market presence.

  • Lead and expand existing customer relationships while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and product launches, gathering and analyzing essential market intelligence.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses, ensuring full compliance with established company policies and standards.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is highly desirable).

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Requirements

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Availability to travel within the territory as needed.
