We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Care Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for working extensively with cross-functional stakeholders (Customer Experience, R&D, particularly algorithms engineers and product managers) to identify and implement optimal solutions in the areas identified fitting customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving leadership and execution in processes, initiatives, and functionality as related to the Customer Care platform, including artificial intelligence products.
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to analyze logs and user feedback to improve the coverage, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Constructing and maintaining a knowledge base that aligns with local Philippines market needs/customization.
  • Instructing AI models through annotation and prompt engineering.
