Role: Customer Care Manager
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Makati
Schedule: Mid/Night Shift
Job Description:
- Manage various customer interactions, including incoming phone calls, emails, and structured online meetings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Introduce customers to new solutions that enhance their business operations by demonstrating a strong understanding of Fourth's products and their benefits.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through open and honest communication.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to partnerships by expanding solutions, offering additional services, or recommending relevant integrations.
- Collaborate with multiple teams within Fourth to deliver the best possible solutions for customers.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and effectively resolve issues.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong familiarity with customer service tools and software (CRM experience is a plus).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
