Role: Customer Care Manager
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Makati
Schedule: Mid/Night Shift

Job Description:

  1. Manage various customer interactions, including incoming phone calls, emails, and structured online meetings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  2. Introduce customers to new solutions that enhance their business operations by demonstrating a strong understanding of Fourth's products and their benefits.
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  4. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through open and honest communication.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to partnerships by expanding solutions, offering additional services, or recommending relevant integrations.
  6. Collaborate with multiple teams within Fourth to deliver the best possible solutions for customers.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
  2. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and effectively resolve issues.
  3. Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  4. Strong familiarity with customer service tools and software (CRM experience is a plus).
  5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
