Culinary Operations Director

This is a senior management role overseeing the culinary department, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks to prepare and present dishes that meet hotel standards.
  • Develop menus, train staff on cooking techniques and kitchen safety procedures.

  • Process requisitions for supplies, handle payroll administration and recruitment.
  • Maintain records of recipes, menus and inventory levels, report on performance metrics and implement improvements.
