Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring that high standards of food preparation and service are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of kitchen personnel and maintain high standards of food preparation and service
  • Provide operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef in meeting divisional targets and objectives
  • Ensure guest satisfaction while protecting assets of Swissôtel Clark

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
