Corporate Chef

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter and executive search partner for a premier luxury buffet group, is looking for a Corporate Chef to lead the brand's culinary strategy across all branches. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving innovation, standardizing excellence, and overseeing kitchen operations on a multi-unit, enterprise scale.

As the Corporate Chef, you will act as the culinary visionary, guiding the Executive Chefs, developing flagship menus, and ensuring every kitchen reflects the brand's premium quality and consistency.

• Culinary Vision & Innovation: Define the overall culinary direction and develop brand-defining menus and seasonal offerings.

• Multi-Unit Oversight: Supervise and support Executive Chefs across all outlets to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.

• Standards & Quality Control: Set and enforce food preparation, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards across locations.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, including Operations and Marketing, to align culinary strategies with business goals.

• Cost Efficiency & Procurement: Oversee food cost controls, purchasing systems, and supplier partnerships to drive efficiency and value.

• Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Executive Chefs and culinary teams across all sites.

• Training & Compliance: Develop and implement ongoing training in culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen management.

• Performance Reporting: Analyze culinary KPIs including food costs, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency to inform executive decisions.

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive culinary leadership, including 3 years as a Corporate Chef, Culinary Director, or similar multi-unit leadership role.

• Industry Background: Extensive background in luxury dining, buffet service, hotels, or large-scale food service organizations.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Executive Chefs and large kitchen teams across locations.

• Strategic Thinking: Experience in aligning culinary innovation with brand positioning and operational goals.

• Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel & Restaurant Management; additional leadership or food safety certifications preferred.

• Skills: Strong in menu engineering, cost control, culinary training, team building, and large-scale kitchen management.
