About the role

Hightower Inc. is seeking a talented Chef to join our thriving team in Metro Manila. As our Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations, creating and executing exceptional menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time, on-site role at our restaurant located in the heart of Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement creative, innovative, and delicious menu items that showcase your culinary expertise

  • Oversee all food preparation, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards

  • Manage and mentor a team of skilled kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintain strict inventory control

  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests

  • Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, addressing any issues or challenges promptly and effectively

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating new techniques and flavours into the menu
