As a Team Leader at Boldr, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of your team and serve as a point of escalation for issues outside agent authority.

You will work closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and develop talent through coaching and mentoring.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality, and escalate people issues to HR when necessary.

Performance Management

  • Monitor and assess team members' performance, providing timely feedback through regular coaching and reviews.
  • Ensure team members receive proper training to meet client needs.
  • Meet company and client-specific KPI targets.

Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure team members' equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.
  • Recommend tools and products to improve operations.

Internal Coordination

  • Work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team members' career paths and comprehensive training plans.
  • Communicate consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to building culture and adopting core values.

External Engagement

  • Be familiar with clients' key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes.
  • Develop customer support and success processes.
  • Demonstrate mastery of company and client offerings.
  • Understand and solve complex client requests or complaints.
