We are seeking an experienced professional to join our support team in a leadership capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage escalations, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Oversee customer support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of production experience with significant leadership responsibilities
  • 5+ years of SQL expertise and team management experience
  • Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Salesforce administration experience
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery
  • Experience in the utility industry or Smart Grids
