Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate and drive execution for cross-functional initiatives that require tight collaboration. They will work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.

The role involves establishing lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. The candidate will actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.

Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
