Job Description

As a Technical Leadership Role, you will be responsible for guiding and developing the skills of engineers. This position requires strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to effectively lead teams.

You will oversee engineering practices, strengthen technical and leadership skills, and collaborate with department heads to meet company goals. Your focus should be on delivering high-quality software solutions while driving innovation and agile delivery.

Key aspects of this role include leading teams, mentoring and coaching, managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, creating a culture of excellence and accountability, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions.

  • Strong engineering background with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Highly creative, able to challenge conventional approaches, and drive innovative solutions.

  • Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term scalability and sustainability.

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance competing priorities.
