Fleet Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire truck supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods and efficient management of resources.

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our fleet operations team in managing a diverse range of tasks and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize truck deployment and resource allocation, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  2. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including drivers, 3PL partners, and transportation providers.
  3. Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of safety standards and regulations in transportation, with commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
