We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our software development team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from planning and design to implementation and deployment. They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and team members to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Project Planning: The successful candidate will create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Team Management: They will oversee the software development team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and support to complete their work on time and to a high standard.
  • Budget Management: The candidate will track expenses and ensure that the project is delivered within budget constraints.
  • Risk Management: They will identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: The successful candidate will communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: They will ensure that the software developed by the team meets the required quality standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.
  • Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software project management.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms.
  • Basic scripting/API familiarity.

A Plus If You Have

  • Start-up experience.
  • Knowledge of restaurant tech and operations.
