Key Restaurant Leader Role

This leadership position oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in training, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive work environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily restaurant activities, including inventory management and financial control procedures
  • Providing expert guidance and support to the Front-of-House team, guaranteeing efficient and accurate service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization through regular inventory checks and oversight
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and empathetically
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Demonstrated track record of effective employee development, coaching, and management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and Toast POS systems
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
