About the Job:

  • Project Management:
    • Develop and implement project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Cultivate and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve client satisfaction, ensuring exceptional service quality.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring our vision to life. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • BA/BS or Equivalent Relevant Experience;
  • Experience leading large-scale global projects, including management and oversight of diverse functional project teams;
  • Experience leading direct report teams in call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials;
  • Excellent client-facing senior and executive-level management communications and formal presentation delivery skills;
  • Proficiency in project management software, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications;
