About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Executive Assistant to join our team.

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to senior leaders, coordinating cross-functional projects, and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance and support on key initiatives
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking
  • Drafting high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, executive support, or project management roles
  • Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish
  • Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion
