About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Brokerage Account Specialist to join our team at Ayuda Business Management Solutions. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and Client Associates in managing brokerage accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Walk through the process of opening and closing transactions in brokerage accounts, ensuring smooth navigation of the system.
  • Provide critical information to branches regarding required documents for transactions, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Review and approve brokerage account transactions and maintenance documents submitted by branches via system service requests, upholding the highest standards of quality control.
  • Educate Financial Advisors and Client Associates on submitting service requests in Smart Station, promoting efficient communication.
  • Receive, review, and approve service requests to update brokerage account information, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Explain policies and procedures related to brokerage services, serving as a trusted resource for our internal customers.
  • Add or remove account restrictions for upcoming or urgent trades, demonstrating expertise in securities operations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of college education or a Bachelor's degree in any field, demonstrating a solid foundation in academics.
  • At least 1 year of voice support experience in an international company, showcasing adaptability and proficiency in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in securities operations, such as trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc., highlighting expertise in financial management.
  • Amenability to permanent night shifts that follow US holidays, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling.
  • Amenability to working onsite in Five Neo, BGC, Taguig City, showcasing willingness to adapt to changing work environments.
