Job Overview

This role involves handling initial incident reports, providing support for service request management and restoration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective problem-solving and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Handle first-line incidents, triage, and troubleshooting with the goal of resolving issues promptly or escalating them to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Support Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management Level 1 by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply excellent customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Respond to user inquiries and requests via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Service Desk tools and systems to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, policies, and operational procedures to provide expert-level support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the team's overall success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A minimum qualification of Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate degree, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong computer and IT technical skills are necessary to perform job functions effectively.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for resolving complex issues.
  • Good process mapping ability is required to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-minded, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
