Job Overview

As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth and successful real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit real estate contracts, disclosures, and agreements
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders
  • Track key deadlines and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time
  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings while keeping all parties informed
  • Maintain accurate transaction records in CRM and transaction management software
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, brokerage policies, and contract requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination or administrative support
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MLS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
