Remote Account Executive Role

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Remote Account Executive. As a key member of our sales department, you will drive sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and manage customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B software products through remote product demonstrations, follow-up, and identifying opportunities with prospects using an investigative sales approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to prospects and running your own sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
  • Performing product demos and managing follow-up by using emails, calls, and texts, partnering with internal stakeholders to craft custom solutions for onboarding new customers.

Sales Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure cohesive and effective sales operations.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Optimizing the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining CRM data for active leads and opportunities, logging all sales activity according to company guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in an account executive role.
  • Possessing an understanding of workforce management and HR products.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and hitting targets.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on investigative selling.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively within the sales team.
