We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with senior leadership.
About the Role- This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects, utilizing provided contact lists and refining your approach as needed.
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets, maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
- Develop and refine call scripts, sharing feedback with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain professionalism when handling rejection, consistently following up with prospects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.
