The Role…

We're seeking a customer-obsessed Support Representative to troubleshoot complex problems and guide our users through innovative solutions.

This role involves leveraging technology to build efficient processes and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist users by answering questions across various channels
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
  • Troubleshoot login issues, user-reported bugs/issues, billing/payment queries
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely feedback
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform-related problems
  • Enhance speed and efficiency to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the product and common issues
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced tech start-up
