Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual who is eager to work in the tech industry as a Customer Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Dutch and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain
  • Experience providing live chat support
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
