About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled finance professional to manage financial operations and support our production team.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely payments and prepayments are made in accordance with production schedules.
  • Oversee the categorization of credit card expenses in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into QBO.
  • Monitor and follow up on credit card expenses and approvals for timely processing.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to maintain accurate financial records and support financial operations.

As a key member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to drive business growth and improve financial efficiency.
