Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key support role within the finance department, you will bridge day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration.

You will ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, maintain payment records, and support financial reconciliation activities.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
  • Administrative Functions:
  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
  • Business Unit Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.
