We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support a U.S.-based cybersecurity client. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and general financial analysis.

You'll play a vital role in supporting internal financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records, and delivering insightful analysis to guide leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements

  • Manage vendor invoices (AP) and ensure timely payments

  • Oversee customer accounts and collections (AR)

  • Support budgeting activities and variance analysis

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for decision-making

  • Identify and implement finance process improvements

Compensation

$4–$5/hour (depending on experience)
Equivalent to $640–$800/month for 40 hours per week

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in finance/accounting

  • Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes, budgeting, and reporting

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial tools (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

This is a full-time remote opportunity, with operations aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST). We are hiring urgently — immediate availability is highly preferred.
