Job Description">

Seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in supporting mortgage brokers or the banking/lending industry within Australia.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, proficient at multitasking, and IT savvy. They will also demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to comprehend financial documents and bank credit policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support mortgage brokers throughout the loan application process.
  • Assist brokers at all stages of the loan process from initial contact through to settlement.
  • Provide high-level support to mortgage brokers and their applications.
  • Request client information, liaise with clients directly, and conduct needs analysis and serviceability assessments.
  • Research lender policies, prepare loan comparisons, and package client loan applications.
  • Take ownership of compliance-related matters and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Complete loan serviceability, order valuations, prepare forms, gather rate quotes, and arrange settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years Australian experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry.
  • Experience with Aggregator CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.
  • Passion for delivering quality client outcomes.
  • Understanding of data privacy, Australian Best Interest Duty, and Responsible Lending legislation.
  • Accountable and accurate work practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive and high-paced environment.
