Mega eResources Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing mortgage loan applications and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The position is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and processing mortgage loan applications, including gathering necessary documentation and verifying information.
  • Collaborating with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
  • Communicating with clients throughout the loan process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our mortgage loan management system.
  • Assisting with the preparation of closing documents and facilitating the closing process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of the mortgage lending operations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a related financial services role, or a customer service role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to clients
  • Proficient in using mortgage loan processing software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines, including FHA, VA and USDA.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work onsite (NIGHT SHIFT)
