About This Role

This is a remote, full-time opportunity to provide strategic support to debt advisory strategists.

As a Mortgage Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing evidence, data, and research before engagement to enable efficient delivery of advisory work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare strategic support materials for debt advisory strategists.
  • Set up workflows, prepare broker handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns.
  • Research market trends and regulatory changes; compile weekly intelligence and reports; coordinate valuations with lenders.
  • Manage timelines, follow-up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
  • Support cross-team collaboration and maintain a reference database for future use; ensure professional client communication.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Mortgage industry knowledge – rates, products, lending criteria.
  • Credit assessment proficiency – reports, scoring, serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills – statements, tax returns, complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance – NCCP, responsible lending, and related standards.
  • Technical: Quickli platform mastery; Broker Engine proficiency; advanced Excel/Sheets; strong research methodology.
  • Communication: professional written communication; cross-team collaboration; presentation capabilities.
