Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring that all processes are effective, efficient, and accessible for colleagues to support them in assisting our customers. As a Business Process Analyst, you will review, develop, and document customer and business processes within the contact center to ensure they are in the optimal state.

You will serve as the subject matter expert, mapping 'as is' customer journeys and business processes to identify gaps along with understanding business requirements for new processes. You will develop fit-for-purpose processes while gaining buy-in from stakeholders and process users - ensuring end-to-end improvements are achieved.
