We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation activities with a focus on process improvements.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders to analyze and redesign existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and business operations will enable you to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive business growth.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting value stream mapping, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, with a proven track record of process improvement and change management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on results-driven decision-making.
