Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assessment Operations Coordinator.

This role is responsible for establishing high standards in various activities, including the use of systems and processing platforms, reporting progress and KPIs, creating and reviewing process flows, and identifying ways to develop processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, accuracy when handling data, experience in identifying process improvements, and the ability to create compliant documentation.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using a wide range of systems and processing platforms to complete documented business critical processes accurately and within pre-agreed timescales.
  • Providing reports on progress and KPIs as required to members of management.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating comprehensive and compliant Process Flows and Work Instructions to support business compliance and ensure process accuracy.
  • Identifying ways of developing processes and supporting colleagues in the implementation of improvements.

Requirements:

  • Accuracy when handling data within internal systems and when using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience of identifying process improvements plus supporting colleagues to implement those improvements.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to create, review and update compliant documentation.
