We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Transformation Expert. As part of our People and Organisation services, you will have the opportunity to help clients reset their talent strategies and deliver exceptional business results through effective workforce transformation.

  • You will work closely with clients to evaluate and manage their unique challenges, leveraging your expertise in human capital management to drive sustainable value creation through people, culture, and change.
  • You will also contribute to the development and growth of our People and Organization practice, supporting thought leadership and research and development activities as appropriate.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, develop proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • At least 3+ years of experience in HR transformation, process re-engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven expertise in training development, project management, and HR transformation projects;
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and change management principles;
  • Ability to travel as required for client engagements;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
