Optimizing Workforce Performance

Our organisation is seeking a Senior Associate to collaborate with problem-solving teams in addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support client relationships, develop proposals and deliver presentations that align with the company's objectives.
  • Contribute to human resources consulting engagements in areas such as HR transformation, process re-engineering, and talent management.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including SAP migration and finance transformation projects.
  • Develop communications and training programs to support change initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of training development, project management, and HR transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant systems and tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with HR transformation and process re-engineering.
  • Understanding of HR operating models and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of talent management and organisation design.
  • Experience with finance and systems.
