About the Job
  • Contribute to end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA solutions.
  • Analyze business needs and identify key challenges with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Define 'To-Be' stage processes, solution requirements, and performance metrics.
  • Co-develop deployment strategies and plans to achieve 'To-Be' stages effectively.
  • Execute change management activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale ERP implementations and related transformational change efforts.
  • Support pursuit teams in accessing tenders, building proposals, winning work, and delivering projects.
  • Ensure team effectiveness by resolving issues and coaching others.
  • Develop meaningful recommendations based on complex ideas or proposals.
  • Build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Simplify complex messages and highlight key points.
