Transformation Delivery Expert

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, manage, and deliver projects that drive operational efficiency, customer experience uplift, and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement holistic change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of transformation initiatives.
  2. Design and execute structured change management plans, including communication strategies, leadership alignment, and training programs.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable success criteria and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Establish and lead governance structures for transformation programs, ensuring decision-making processes are transparent and well-documented.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution, preferably in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Administration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Background in Life Insurance or Banking is preferred but not required.
