Your Role

As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to support the CEO's tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear priorities. This includes managing the CEO's inbox and task list, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and assisting with business communication.

You will also be responsible for handling invoicing, tracking payments, and preparing client documents. Additionally, you will assist in setting up tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should have at least 5 years of experience in an operational and executive assistant role, with expertise in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

  • Proven track record of supporting CEOs and senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, or construction companies.
Schedule and Compensation

The schedule is 9AM - 5PM CST. The compensation package includes a salary range of $1000 - $1500 per month, plus bonuses and performance-based incentives.
