Job Title: Strategic Workforce Coordinator

The Strategic Workforce Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of organizational goals through effective workforce planning, forecasting, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of workforce management tasks and strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to drive business performance.
  • Interface with leaders to understand business needs and make updates as necessary to align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Lead projects to drive efficiencies in the team and coordinate with external partners on headcount requirements to optimize workforce capacity.
  • Monitor agency performance and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized institution is required.
  • Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management is preferred.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and attention to detail are essential skills for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Applications is necessary for optimal performance.
  • Able to work in Calamba, Laguna with a flexible schedule.
