Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via live chats and emails
  • Build rapport with customers to maintain a positive and respectful communication channel
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Key Qualifications:
  • Upper intermediate level in English (B2)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
