Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our support team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.

Work Setup:

  • A remote work setup with your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed.
